Hungry, craving something? Ignore it and pay attention to what they tell you to do. Don't eat. Don't pay attention to cravings. Don't pay attention to your thoughts or emotions.
What is it?
Thought police are the people going after people who have committed thought crimes. Thought crimes were first suggested in the book 1984 which was supposed to be fiction but became a manual l for corrupt industries. They want to banish your ability to think for yourself.
How does it relate?
The main reason why the bariatric, psychiatric & cosmetic industires, along with religion are thought police is because if you go against them in any way, such as liking your body, or being comfortable with your emotions and looks they attempt to belittle you, fear monger, or force you in some way to subscribe to their standards. This is evident because if you notice, a body acceptance trend is happening in the world and the bariatric industries are using harsher methods to infiltrate teens, doctors are forcing bariatric methods onto patients or will not treat them, as are psychiatrists. We are detained physically, mentally and emotionally. Thrown into treatment centers unwillingly, or shamed into admitting ourselves for obesity, insanity and ugliness (plastic surgery centers). If we even think we are good looking, or good enough the way we are we are labeled a narcissist, or as having eccentric thoughts which are also personality disorders in the DSM. If you don't believe you should be medicated, or treated you soon will be. People we know will separate from us simply because of how we think, because we don't think as they do, or subscribe to their way of eating, feeling, or thought.

Hunger
Thinking about food, thinking about eating more calories than you "should" are thoughts the bariatric industry does not want you to have. If you eat a cupcake, you are "bad," if you eat too much you are "bad." Do not think about eating sugar, or gluten or cooked foods or else you will be punished. People may not be thrown into jail, but they are detained in the form of not being able to leave bariatric treatments, or even have a choice in some cases. We must obey food rules, and numbers over our own thoughts and feelings.
Deranged / Psychotic
If we are not "sane" or think like what is socially acceptable we are detained and pushed to take unwanted medication to sort us out and make us "normal" even though normal is a social construct. Some people simply do not have an outlet for their thoughts so they must hold them in until they explode. However, when we do display our thoughts we are thrown into treatment centers, and forcefully medicated. If we hate someone, we are labeled mentally insane and mentally ill and forced into a psychiatric hospital or some other form of treatment instead of allowing us to draw, write, speak and have our feelings and thoughts.
Thought crimes in the psychiatrtic industry are two different ways
1) If you think anything bad you are labeled with an illness and sent off to treatment.
2) If you try to break away from the norm, or go against the status quo you have a mental illness.
Expressing emotions
I feel and express my emotions a lot. My best friend is good, but is not good with confronting me about issues he may have with me in our friendship. He is not good with confrontation and even though it's just me, he is just not comfortable with it.
That is okay. That is his choice and he feels the most comfortable that way. Do not force someone to express their emotions if they do not want to. It sucks, but there is nothing you can do except focus on yourself. You are forcing someone to express emotions because that is comfortable for you. Real acceptance and unconditional love IS difficult. These are the times where love is really tested.People should not be forced to discuss something they do not want to.
These are selfish demands. They are selfish because YOU want to talk about it and he/she doesn't but because you want it, you must get it.
If he or she doesn't want to talk about it, then leave it be. There is nothing you can do so don't judge the situation, don't dwell on it, just let it go.
Wiped away if caught
As in the book, if caught, you were wiped away we are wiped away if we have any form of individuality only in the form of being socially isolated from others, scapegoated, belittled, dehumanized, discredited and bullied. Enjoy your thoughts, do not give into the tactics of the bariatric, psychiatric, cosmetic industries and religion's control by trying to stop you from thinking. As stated in the discussion panel from The Orwell Prize, we become so afraid to be sad, or angry because we are afraid of "getting caught" and being forced to treatment so we suppress everything and do as others say and want us to do. Remind yourself of your own thoughts and be aware that you are allowed to eat, think and feel your own thoughts. It is not you who is wrong, it is them for wanting to control how you feel, eat and think.
