Body types and sizes are dependent on where a person is from. In places where there is abundance of food, a person's metabolism is faster while in places where there is
Due to our ancestors migrating to other areas of the Earth to find food and shelter , people of different areas blend together. This has created a variety of people of all shapes and sizes due to differentiating metabolisms and satiety levels. Body sizes from ancestors are due to some of our ancestors needing more food to replace the energy their body would burn because their body knew the food source was plentiful. Some people are less hungry due to food being scarce so their body didn't burn as much energy as easily and didn't display hunger cues as much.
We had to eat what the body desired to stay strong to hunt, to protect ourselves from predators, to fight and defend our territory. If a person was weak, it could mean life or death, therefore the body would have a slower metabolism if food supply was low, and a higher metabolism if food supply was high. The more food eaten equals more nutrients and more energy a person would have to use it to fight and hunt. More nutrients also meant more vitamins and minerals to fight off disease and build a strong immune system. The body held onto whatever nutrients it could get for our ancestors who lived in an area where food supply was lacking which lead to a lower metabolism .
